Shipping & Refunds policy


For most products, orders will ship out within 48 hours of ordering. Please note that this does not apply for any individualised products as these have a longer production time. Please mail us for more info of individualised products.

We currently ship anywhere in the EU (European Union) states. We do not ship internationally outside the EU at this time.

In most cases your order will be shipped with PostNL. Please note that additional delivery costs depending on your location and the size of your order apply. The shipping time is generally from 1-2 days for orders within The Netherlands and from 3-5 days for international deliveries. Please note that these times might vary depending on your local delivery services.


Please note that at this time we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any of your orders. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

We always try, to the best of our abilities, to offer the highest possible quality for all of our products. Should you find that your order does not fulfill the promised quality, or is damaged on arrival with the packaging still intact, we will be more than happy to replace your product with an identical product or a product of similar value.
